My session with Kirsten was very relaxing.

She was uplifting, encouraging, and patient with my questions. I left the session feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on my day with a pep in my step. Scheduling was super easy and flexible. And she was right on time to start our appointment (and didn’t mind when my cats interrupted).
